Marvin Kamras -- MD, FACOG
Marvin H. Kamras, M.D., is a board certified
obstetrician and gynecologist in practice in Sacramento since 1977. Dr.
Kamras has specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility as
well as high risk obstetrics and gynecologic surgery. His interests
also include medical quality assurance and quality improvement, and he
is active in regional, state and national quality assurance programs.
Dr. Kamras is a past Chief of the Department of Obstetrics and
Gynecology at American River Hospital and is the past Chairman of the
Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mercy San Juan Medical

Kamras is a member of the American Fertility Society, the Pacific Coast

Laparoscopists, the Sacramento-El Dorado Medical Society and the
California Medical Association. In December 2003, Sacramento Magazine
featured Dr. Kamras as one of Sacramento’s “Top Doc’s” as chosen by a
survey of fellow physicians.
Dr. Kamras, along with Dr. Polansky, founded Camellia Women’s Health in 1977.

Steven Polansky -- MD, FACOG
Steven Polansky, M.D., is a board certified
obstetrician and gynecologist in practice in Sacramento since 1977. Dr.
Polansky has published numerous articles in reproductive endocrinology
and infertility and has lectured extensively. He is the former Chief of
the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mercy American River

Jenifer Schwarz -- MD, FACOG
Jenifer Schwarz M.D., is a board certified obstetrician and
gynecologist who recently returned to Sacramento from Colorado Springs,
Colorado. She grew up in Sacramento and received an Army scholarship to
medical school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Helen Vinogradova -- MD
Helen Vinogradova was born and grew up in St. Petersburg, Russia. In
1985, she graduated from the First Acad. I.P. Pavlov Medical Institute.
She completed her internship in general surgery and her fellowship in
surgical oncology; she worked as a general surgeon and surgical
oncologist for over ten years.
In 1996, she moved to the U.S., where she confirmed her medical
degree and successfully graduated from the residency program in Family
and Community Medicine at UC Davis Medical Center. Dr. Vinogradova is
a member of the AAFP and is fluent in English and Russian.
