Our Prenatal Classes!

Every Friday afternoon, free pregnancy classes are held at the Jameson Court office in the waiting room. Taught by Anne Wadham PA-C, these classes are fun, informative and a great place to learn and talk with other pregnant women.  Classes are from 12:15 to 1:15 on the first through fourth Friday of each month.  No need to preregister. We do ask you leave children at home.

Class 1 :: Changes in Pregnancy
Class 2 :: Postpartum
Class 3 :: Breastfeeding

At each class, we provide interesting and useful gifts for you and your baby. In addition, if you attend a full series of classes, you will receive a ticket for a monthly raffle for a free case of diapers! 

Often, pregnant women tell us they feel separated from their non-pregnant friends.  We have found these pregnancy classes are a great place for women to talk with other women and families that understand just how they feel too.

We do ask you leave small children at home.
