Cancellations

If you cannot make it to your appointment on time, or need to cancel, please call at least 24 hours in advance so we may accomodate other patients.

Due to the high volume of demand for appointments, if you miss two appointments without cancelling, you will be discharged from our offices, with 30 days to find a new physician.

No Children Policy

In order to provide adequate healthcare to every patient, we enforce a "No Children Policy".

This policy encompasses the following:

• Prevents exposing our pregnant patients to many communicable diseases
• Prevents exposing your children to a potentially dangerous environment - biohazards, sharps, drugs and medical equipment
• Prevents provider distractions when children are in the room
• Prevents children from listening to/hearing about your sensitive medical information, and any discussions with the physician necessary to your personal health

You will be asked to sign that you have been informed of this policy, and that you will leave your child/children at home, in a safer environment. 

Please understand that your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled if you disregard this policy.
